We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for Clarke Banks. The Building Safety Division has been making remarkable strides in delivering its Building Regulation Advisory (Assurance) Services. These services are designed to assist, advise, and guide Project Teams through the Building Regulation Approval process via the Building Safety Regulator or a Registered Building Control Approver Route.

Under the exceptional leadership of Michael Fitzgerald, the division has successfully navigated complex Building Regulation Applications for a major client, Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Trust. This project is a testament to our team’s expertise and dedication, and it’s within the Worlds Tallest Hospital building!

Abs Majid from the NHS Trust recently expressed his heartfelt gratitude for our team’s efforts, saying:

“Just wanted to say a big thank you, to give my gratitude for all your efforts in helping us make our first submission to the BSR. Last Friday was our first, 3rd floor Southwark, Haematology/Audiology. Another 3 submissions to go to complete our program of works. As a result, we are the first in GSTT to have submitted, so all eyes will be on us for how we progress. I have been invited to attend a meeting this morning to give feedback. The feedback I gave last week to our directors was the lean, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial approach.”
