It's all about timing

The Clarke Banks six stage process, tailored to the RIBA design milestones, ensures the right level of input at all relevant stages. The delivery of the process is optimised to help you save time, costs and unnecessary changes to the project.

THE PROCESS

PREPARE

RIBA STAGE 1

Involving us at feasibility stage highlights any project critical issues. Key stakeholders need to understand design risks to make decisions on project viability.

REFINE

RIBA STAGE 2

Face to face workshops and a full project health check further de-risk the project before it moves to detailed design stage. Agreeing key design principles at this stage is essential for the client to validate the scheme.

PLAN

RIBA STAGE 3

Clarke Banks gives you insight and total confidence that there are no hidden surprises with our custom designed agile Project Trackers and Reports. This allows the project manager to track every single detail required to demonstrate compliance.

NAVIGATE

RIBA STAGE 4

Once the design demonstrates compliance with the functional requirements of The Building Regulations, acting on your behalf we will consult with the necessary statutory bodies (Local Fire Service and Water Authorities) to ensure all relevant stakeholder comments have been taken on board. This ensures the journey through the compliance consultation process is smooth and stress free for the project team.

BUILD

RIBA STAGE 5

Site inspections are completed in accordance with the construction programme at regular intervals. Our proactive approach and agile project tracking, monitor the agreed principles of the design and keep you informed at each key stage.

HANDOVER

RIBA STAGE 6

Towards the final stages of the project, we coordinate our inspections and resource to make sure that a successful and timely handover can be achieved. Communication and teamwork are essential at this stage of the project so we can assist in the practical completion of the works.
