The scheme presented the challenges of material change of use , with a large extension and an integral theatre, Clarke Banks were able to deal with the complex fire engineering strategy with ease and complete the statutory consultation with London Fire Brigade.

The development is topped by an unusual sky lounge which takes advantage of the expansive views across London whilst providing social space for students and gallery space for artist exhibitions.
