New Employee Benefit:

Two 3-Day Weekends Per Month!

At Clarke Banks, we are constantly striving to enhance the experience of both our employees and clients. In keeping with this commitment, we are thrilled to announce a new initiative aimed at improving work-life balance for our team – the introduction of two 3-day weekends per month!

Our tag line is “a little more rest, a little more often” and studies have shown that teams are rejuvenated and more productive as a result. It is important to Clarke Banks to demonstrate to our teams that we value their work life balance and recognise the benefits of embracing a new working pattern.

Starting in October 2024, as part of a trial period, our offices will be closed on the first and third Fridays of each month, giving our full-time employees an extra day off to recharge. This trial will run for six months, with a check-in at the three-month mark to gather feedback and assess its impact on productivity and employee well-being.

Trial Closure Dates
During this period, Clarke Banks will be closed on the following Fridays:

– October: 4th & 18th
– November: 1st & 15th
– December: 6th & 20th

We want to ensure that our clients are fully informed and prepared for these changes. While our team will be unavailable on these specific Fridays, we are committed to maintaining our high standards of service and meeting all deadlines. Our team will work diligently to manage workloads and ensure business operations continue smoothly around these scheduled days off.

Why We’re Doing This
The introduction of these 3-day weekends is part of our broader effort to foster a healthier work environment. Research shows that shorter workweeks can reduce burnout, increase job satisfaction, and enhance overall productivity. By giving our team more time to rest and recharge, we believe we can deliver even better results for our clients.

What Happens After the Trial?
At the end of the six-month trial, we will evaluate the program’s success based on feedback from employees and business performance. If successful, we plan to make this a permanent benefit – and may even consider extending it to three 3-day weekends per month!
