RIBA STAGE 1
Involving us at feasibility stage highlights any project critical issues. Key stakeholders need to understand design risks to make decisions on project viability.
RIBA STAGE 2
Face to face workshops and a full project health check further de-risk the project before it moves to detailed design stage. Agreeing key design principles at this stage is essential for the client to validate the scheme.
RIBA STAGE 3
Clarke Banks gives you insight and total confidence that there are no hidden surprises with our custom designed agile Project Trackers and Reports. This allows the project manager to track every single detail required to demonstrate compliance.
RIBA STAGE 4
Once the design demonstrates compliance with the functional requirements of The Building Regulations, acting on your behalf we will consult with the necessary statutory bodies (Local Fire Service and Water Authorities) to ensure all relevant stakeholder comments have been taken into account. This ensures the journey through the compliance consultation process is smooth and stress free for the project team.
RIBA STAGE 5
Clarke Banks attend site on a regular basis to ensure final certificate(s) are issued on time without unnecessary delays. Our proactive site inspections and agile project tracking monitor the agreed design principles and keep you informed at all key stages of the construction process. Electronic site records are issued after each and every visit to site, which means we don't turn up at the end of a project with any nasty surprises.
RIBA STAGE 6
Toward the final stages of the project, we coordinate our inspections and resource to make sure that a successful and timely handover can be achieved. Communication and teamwork are essential at this stage of the project so we can assist in practical completion of the works.
