Building Safety Advisory
The Building Regulations Advisor provides essential guidance and validation to the Principal Dutyholder(s) under The Building Safety Act 2022 for all projects including Gateway applications to the Building Safety Regulator at the gateways under the higher risk legislation.
As the advisor to the Principal Dutyholder(s) of Building Regulations, Clarke Banks will take the lead in advising on associated Building Regulations compliance matters and the required process. Our scope of service is tailored to successfully help the project team achieve Building Control Approval on all projects including gateway applications to the Building Safety Regulator under the higher-risk legislation.
